I've been involved in a number of high profile projects, and although there have been a few stumbles along the way, have been pretty successful.

I'm a good early stage designer, and fairly well rounded in my overall communication skills both at board level and with customers, as well as being able to get the most out of my teams.

I'm a strong believer in Agile methodologies and Test/Behaviour Driven Development, with strong development skills in C++ and Ruby.
