Currently, Ohloh does track Drupal co...
Currently, Ohloh does track Drupal contrib modules. However, it only tracks HEAD. As such, many people, much code and many commits are being missed. It should really track the DRUPAL-5, DRUPAL-6--1, etc. branches as well.

If you do that, the total amount of code lines would be much bigger because lots of them would be duplicated. If you want to control more branches you could create more proyects. This way you could control the trunk from the Drupal proyect and the branches from Drupal 5 or Drupal 6.
