Apparently tagflow has stable Y-O-Y commits

Looking more closely, I see that the last commit was in 2010. While it's technically correct (the best sort of correct) to say that constantly 0 is stable
, I think this is not a helpful summary of the situation. If there hasn't been a commit in over X years, it would be more useful to say something like project appears to be inactive
. Probably X wants to be something like 1 or 2, but you probably have better access to data that can tell you what the distribution of intervals between commits looks like.
