None of our projects are updated !!!

We have several projects hosted in our SVN repository and none of them have been updated for several months.

For once we can't take the blame (entirely). The error I'm seeing across all the projects is svn: E215004: Authentication failed and interactive prompting is disabled; see the --force-interactive option
followed by svn: E215004: No more credentials or we tried too many times.
. They are all ForgeRock subversions so I wonder if we are black-listed there? We do take a lot of horsepower to support and it has happened in the past. I've tried rescheduling one update with the same results so it's still in effect. Maybe a block on anonymous connections? This happens too. Let me know what you think.
