Can't claim my contribution: "organization must not be blank"
I'm trying to claim https://www.openhub.net/committers/479822 but when I try to do so I get an error message saying Organization name can't be blank
- of course there is no organization
field on the form.

I think they may be referring to Affiliation
and since the newest Organizations feature was implemented there is more emphasis on ties between OpenHUB members and their employers to identify organizations which encourage their employees to contribute their efforts to open-source projects on company time. I'd look at your member profile (in Account Basics
) and see if the blank field is there.

I really hope you are wrong. This would mean people not affiliated with any company or a company not listed, yet, can't claim contributions anymore.
I just realized that I could add my employer when selecting other
in the affiliation drop-down, that didn't occur to me before. Still can't claim the contribution, the error message remains the same.
Any news on this? I'm still not able to claim said contribution.
