Hi,
I recently added ART-DECOR as project. The statistics are absolutely fabulous, but they also make us look way better than we are. This is due to the fact that we include a lot of contents that we only import and repackage. Hence we do not account for a lot of the man years of work that the statistics would make you believe.
I have not been able to find anything that would make the analysis a little more selective as to what we
did as opposed to what others
did.
Does such a mechanism exist? Do all OpenHub projects 'suffer' from more or less the same sort of problem?
Alexander,
Yes, there is a way. On the enlistments page, press the button Edit ignored files
. Follow the examples there and you should be able to exclude whole directories or individual files. Hopefully, your repositories are organized such that only a couple of exclusions will solve the problem. There is a limit on how many exclusions you can do. Too many individual exclusions aren't possible.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Great! That should help me build a much more realistic picture
Alexander,
Now, don't forget to put those widgets to good use!
Thanks!
By widgets you mean what I can find under Tools in the menu?
Alexander,

They look super if you can work them into your hosting. Managers like them as a promotions tool.
Thanks!
