language analysis wrong (mercurial project)
Hi, not sure where to report this but:
The 'mercurial' project (https://www.ohloh.net/p/mercurial) describes it as mainly written in perl.
Mercurial is written in python with a small amount of C.
I think that maybe Ohloh has mis-classified the test scripts (which are in a custom format containg text and shell script) as perl.

p.s. In general I couldn't find an obvious link to the place to report database errors, so I posted it here.

I suspect you may be correct. For the best outcome, you may want to take a look into our open-source source code recognition engine at https://github.com/blackducksw/ohcount and perhaps you or someone you know can suggest enhancements to make our Perl recognition more robust with less false positives. We are accepting improvements gladly. Otherwise, it will get caught up in the backlog of things to do-and-see here.
