Trailing slash causes refetch of code
I've just added / at the end of Bazar repository address, and Ohloh tried to reftech the code. I removed it, and everything worked fine, because the code was fetched before.
I think this can be fixed easily.

I think that ohloh is interpreting those as different repositories (it does the same with the same address using different transport mechanisms). It might be difficult to program recognition of two addresses where the only difference is a trailing slash. I will suggest it as an enhancement to management so that we won't have a multiplicity of (different but the same) enlistments where only one is needed. It saves ohloh CPU cycles and internet bandwidth to keep the fetches to a minimum.
