Projects not updating

The following two projects have not updated in 11 months:

James,

Looks as if both projects were struck with the same error about 11 months ago: bzr: ERROR: Connection closed: Connection lost while sending request. Could have been the repository out-of-service or loss of our internet connection or something in-between. Sadly we haven't prepared for this error before (but we will now). One project: Application Usage Monitor is returned to service OK while an additional error is waiting for me to diagnose on Directory Sync.

Hope the Directory Sync error is easily fixed too.

I've just noticed that a new project I added yesterday has failed during line counting: https://www.ohloh.net/p/or/enlistments says Step 3 of 3: Counting lines of source code (Failed about 16 hours ago.). Not sure what causes that kind of failure, but if you could prod it or let me know what's up that'd be great.

Believe it or not, same error as Directory Sync. I have the crack troops alerted and should see some action.

Both Directory Sync and Open Rails have been cleared of errors.

Re: Directory Sync - Ohloh update completed 2 days ago. Update has finished OK (1 or 0 added commits). Analysis is now at July 01, 2013 on code collected on July 01, 2013 and last commit is at May 31, 2010 (confirmed: Last changed: 2010-05-31 12:57:05.)

Re: Open Rails - Ohloh update completed 3 days ago. Line counting finished OK (1653 total commits). Analysis is now at July 02, 2013 on code collected on June 30, 2013 and last commit is at June 28, 2013.

Please let me know here if problems show up again.
