The canonical SQLite source code is maintained in three self-synchronizing Fossil repositories that are available for anonymous read-only access.
Hmmm. We don't support Fossil yet. Grrr.

If you browse though the projects you don't have to go too far to find more projects that are more than a month behind ( https://www.ohloh.net/p?page=15&sort=users ). I guess you could run search on the database for something like projects with more than N users and more than M days since update.
