We are experiencing 223 failed enlistments out of 991. This is more than normal and we have had the project operating normally as recently as last October but this points out the folly of maintaining a project with this many enlistments. A single hiccup in a server somewhere can turn everything upside-down in just a few minutes. I'll see what I can do.

The troops from Debian are on the case and we should have some good results in a few hours. Just updating all the enlistments will take a while, however. Looks like some downtime 23 days ago gave us indigestion. Samples indicate that all is well again, though, and we just need to work through the volume of repositories.
