No update of "tuer" project for 11 days

My project stopped being updated 11 days ago:

I use SVN, I haven't done any major change, how can I solve this problem?

Currently looks like project was updated two days ago: Analysis is at March 16, 2013 on code collected on March 16, 2013 and last commit is at March 11, 2013 (confirmed with web interface).
We are playing catch-up with a period of virtual down-time for the systems which update the enlistments. Many projects have experienced interrupted updates. Hopefully all of them will see fresh updates soon.

Current status: Ohloh update completed about 18 hours ago.
Analysis is now at January 27, 2014 on code collected on January 27, 2014 and last commit is at January 25, 2014. Still awaiting an additional analysis to run but expecting no substantial change when it does.

It seems to work correctly. I only added a few JARs into the pre-beta version and I modified the XML Ant script (no change in the Java source code during the last 4 days). Thank you very much for your support and your feedbacks. I feel better now :)

According to https://www.openhub.net/forums/10/topics/9379 the problem is due to the Ruby 1.9 upgrade with their unicode problems
