I am working on the Pyramid software which is part of the Pylons organisation.
https://github.com/Pylons/pyramid
In Ohloh, there is a Pylons project of which Pyramid is part of:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/pylons
However if someone searches for pyramid
on Ohloh, Pylons, and thus our
Pyramid does not come up in the results, even though Pylons contains Pyramid.
To make things even more messy, there is a project called Pyramid in https://www.ohloh.net/p/Setun , but it is completely unrelated software. Our Pyramid is a web framework, while this other Pyramid is a simulation software.
Now, Pyramid would like to stay under Pylons since this is the organization that it belongs to. But, it would be really nice, that if someone searches for pyramid
on the site, then Pylons (which contains our Pyramid) would come up in the search results. Would there be a way to achieve that? (I thought that tagging would do that, but apparently not since we already have a pyramid
tag in Pylons.)
Response, anyone? I would really like to find an answer to this. Representing our Pyramid software stack properly on Ohloh is important for us.
