Looking for a system/database/service that classifies software (not just code) into safe and and unsafe categories from a security point of view. For example, Wireshark would be considered 'unsafe' for every user to have installed in an enterprise environment. Does Blackduck have such a service?

A little off-topic for ohloh but...
We have made some efforts to map CVE's to projects/releases and provide that to our clients.
One man's malware is another man's utility however...
