No recognizable code Ohloh computes statistics on FOSS projects by examining source code and commit history in source code management systems. This project has code locations but that location contains no recognizable source code for Ohloh to analyze.

Hello,

I think I have broken the system because its fails now with the message in title, but its the exact same setup in the code locations I used before, there is .js .xul and .py files to inspect

Could you patch my project so I get stats again, I would like to refresh my project to know how far its good at code comments

Thank you

found a way to set back stats with undoing the ohloh hamster last analysis but I think the project keeps being bugged because it does not update anymore and

//edit: no broken again, since Changed bestanalysisid to 9101123 by hamster

Arnaud,

I see that all three enlistments are running a new fetch. Will monitor through at least tomorrow and report here once they all finish.

Thanks!

Thank you snow for the fast enquirie

This is what I had notice they were just running while typing

Now they are done, the stats does not show up, problems persists =)

If it can help you I notice it failed since I tried to force the update by changing the enlistments urls to https, I know its not the best approach but I really miss the feature to request an analysis update because I had some spare time tonight and just would like to know if I should add more comments. It's a bit boring to have to wait days, if analysis was per request, I probably would have done more comments this weekend =) That's a pity because its a cool feature as achievements in games

Arnaud,

Analysis is still pending. I'll let you know when it's through. 16/18/41 commits in 3 repositories.

Thanks!

Arnaud,

Exactly. I noticed that just before I left work the analysis ended. Analysis page is at July 17, 2012 and last commit is at July 15, 2012.

Please tell me here if the project stumbles again.

Thanks!

Arnaud,

Reading some of the previous posts I notice you are asking how to stimulate an update. You can also force an update by going to the Ohloh Edit History page through the settings page and undo and then redo any enlistment. It may take some time to get the update to start but it should finish within 24 hours or so.

Thanks!

Ha very nice info, I'm sure this will help a lot of us wondering how to force the ohloh update frequency

My code is extremely well commented, it is very interesting to know that, your sites contributes a lot to make codes better, I like the idea, now I have no reasons to let comments for later ;:) Long life to ohloh! I wish you even more stats ;P

Cool, Arnaud.

Truthfully, a properly working project should update every three days or sooner regardless. But there are some cases where a project just refuses to update but also has no failures to fix. We are investigating this and until we find a cause, if a manager is desperate, this is a work-around, maybe.

Thanks!
