Doesn't your system periodically retry? I can access svn at those urls...

To answer your question first, yes, the system is programmed to retry certain internet and repository related failures ten times over a period of months. This, however, was an internal ohloh error caused by a bug which we are trying to eradicate without much success so far.
Rescheduled the failed update which (finally) finished OK about 11 hours ago (85 added commits). A full update started immediately and also finished OK about 7 hours ago. Analysis page is now at May 01 2012 and last commit is at 2012-04-30.
Please remind me here if the project goes astray again.
