anonymous contributor in lib2geom

Many commits are attributed to the [anonymous] contributor for the lib2geom project.
I think the project's history has to be re-imported into your database.

Johan,

Re-import finished OK. An update of the enlistment started immediately and also finished OK. After a spot check, no Anonymous commits were seen.

Please remind me here if the project goes astray.
