Hi, the update process is failing for the MITK project since 25 days.
Could you please have a look?
Thanks,
Sascha
Sascha,
Rescheduled the hung update which finished OK (231 added commits). Analysis page is now at Feb 14 2012 and last commit is at 2012-02-14 (about 4 hours ago).
Please remind me here if the project goes astray again.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I'll take the opportunity to point out a strange number for the MITK project:
Source Code Comments: -36%
https://www.ohloh.net/p/mitk/factoids/16019759
Do you know what the reason for the negative percentage could be?
Thanks,
Sascha
Sascha,
We have had bugs in the Lines-of-Code counting routines which do this. Most have been found and fixed. I will start a re-import of the source code we have collected in an effort to clear this up. If we get no satisfaction, then I'll escalate this as a newly-discovered bug. We'll see...
Thanks!
Hi,
Many thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately, the percentage number is still negative (-36%). If I can be of any further assistance, let me know.
Thanks,
Sascha
Sascha,
Sad to say, I agree. Before I consign it to the bug hunter, I want to do a re-fetch in case we damaged our copy of the repository somewhere along the way. If no joy, then I'll let the bloodhounds loose on it.
Thanks!
Sascha,
I have escalated this up into management and hope this can be cleared up.
Thanks!
Hi there,
any news about the loc-counting and documentation lines bug?
Thanks!
Sascha,
From what I can see, a fix has been created and is waiting to come into the production code with the next merge. I'll try to keep an eye on it but prod me in a week or two and I'll check more formally.
(Apparently the fix had to reconcile the sources of the lines of code figure for comments and total lines of code so that they were comparing apples and apples. Not a bug which appeared commonly. Oops!)
Thanks!
Hi,
Just wanted to say thank you for keeping an eye on the comment line count bug. The figures look good now - the bug seems to be fixed.
Thanks,
Sascha
