Start a project without skills
Hi, I'm a soft/web developer (now more web than software) and I'm behind a cloud project, but I never have participated in an open source project neither subversion/git.
So I want to develop a product with the help of this community giving my vision of what I want to make.
I need some orientation about this. thank you.
