A lot of the git repositories that are part of the gnome project (ohloh.net/p/gnome) have failed. Many of these repositories are also part of other projects (empathy, evolution, vala, etc.), but it seems inefficient to report them individually.
Evan,
It turns out there are 74 failed updates in the gnome project out of 132 enlistments. They represent a good cross-section of the errors I see quite often. No single error predominates. Of the 13 enlistments I spot-checked, only three are not enlisted in another project. It will take quite some time to get these back on-track. I'll get started now and report back here once I have some progress to report.
Thanks!
Evan,
Some progress to report. Most, if not all stalled updates have been cleared. There are two re-fetches (or fetches?) that are running the line-count process now. I expect the overall Gnome update will finish once those two conclude. Will let you know if this drags on past closing time today (Eastern time) and will pick up again Monday if that is required.
You may find that the projects of interest have already been cleared up but let me know here if they haven't.
Thanks!
Evan,
Looks like the project is updating rather a bit too regularly but all enlistments seem to be running fine. Let me know here if the projects you are interested in aren't up-to-date as well.
Thanks!
