Weird language and license information

Hi!

The Chicken project shows a whole lot of languages being used, including close to 7000 lines of Puppet code, which I'm 100% sure there's no trace of it in the source tree. We don't even have any files with the ".pp" extension.

See https://www.ohloh.net/p/chicken/analyses/latest

Also, it shows 5 files which are alleged to be under the GPL license, but I can only find one file, tests/r4rstest.scm - the main code is pure BSD, and it's worrying to see GPL mentioned when that's simply not true.

Could someone please have a look at these?

The licenses issue seems to have been fixed, but the languages summary still shows a huge amount of Puppet code. I don't know if this is supposed to be the actual code or historical, but we don't use Automake anymore either and as far as I know there's no TeX in the current codebase either.
