POI enlistments failed for a month

I tried a re-fetch for the enlistment and it failed again. I need to contact a more senior programmer here and ask for further help. Stand by.

Re-fetch and all remaining jobs finished OK. Analysis page is at Sep 02 2011 and last commit is at 2011-09-02 (about 7 hours ago). I will monitor the project for at least one update cycle.
