A feature to support a collaboratively edited comparison chart of technologies.
A simple one can have 3 columns --category,technologyA,technologyB
How it will work??
*User first looks out if the category exists & can then add a new row in the category, with his point and a thumbs up or down etc...The point should not be acceptable without supporting links.
*If the category does not exist he should be able to create one.
*An important part will be other users voting on each point.(Or can declare a point meaning-less, non-sense.).The points positive/negative which make the most sense will be at the top of each category using this mechanism.
Hi singhatulkr,
I like this concept very much. I am concerned about ballot-stuffing
, to a certain extent - but I must admit that the Ohloh community has, so far, been very mature. Anyone else want to weigh in on this one?
btw - I removed the duplicate suggestion made by anonymous coward
.
I would love to see this, as I personally feel a strong need for this & bet a lot other people flood google with this vs that
queries..
I don't know what is the way to go about this...
I have a few questions::
How many people need to agree before a feature gets built??
Who will build the feature...Or thinking out loud:)-- is there a way to collaboratively build something??
