Huge negative SLOC

I've just noticed that phpMyAdmin (https://www.ohloh.net/p/phpmyadmin/analyses/latest) shows quite a lot of negative SLOC, I guess there must be something wrong.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you here so far... This thread has gotten some good attention from the developers and will result in additional valuable improvements in the Ohcount code base. You should see this improvement as soon as the changes are made live soon.
Let me know here if the changes don't appear within a couple of weeks (or less).
