I apologize. I haven't been communicating effectively. The problem here is a known bug at ohloh. We are planning to apply a fix for this and reschedule any jobs that have been affected by this bug. I'll monitor this project and let you know here once the project is back on track.
(I hope it will be less than a week before the problem is resolved.)

Problem seems to be under control. "Ohloh update completed about 23 hours ago."
Analysis is at Apr 05 2011 and last commit is at 2011-04-03.
