java-gnome and related repositories not updating
The enlistments for http://www.ohloh.net/p/java-gnome/ along with other projects at the same repository eg https://www.ohloh.net/p/slashtime/ , https://www.ohloh.net/p/quillandparchment/ , https://www.ohloh.net/p/objective/ and so on are failing and (to my chagrin, since I didn't notice earlier) have been doing so for some time. Can you please force a refresh of any repository under bzr://research.operationaldynamics.com/ ? Thanks.

In checking the projects you listed and also project xseq, I found a mixed bag of different errors. Some were obvious internal errors here at ohloh and some were repository-related errors.
All projects which share the same repository have been re-fetched and should be back on-track. I will monitor each of these for one update cycle to insure they will be OK going forward.

What repository-related
errors are you facing? We're running bzr 2.3.0 from the Bazaar developer's release PPA, so it should be working for you [unless you've unconvered a new bug, of course :) but then we should report it!]
If server logs from our side will help (and they would if filing a bug) then don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Anyway, numerous people use these repositories daily without any currently reported trouble, so thanks for digging into this!

Because we do incremental pulls on the repo on an intermittent basis, some changes to the repo will escape us. The system becomes confused and gives up. We will be adding auto-restart of these specific errors soon. Will send on an e-mail with the specifics of the error message.

The projects you mentioned in your last e-mail have been updated. This is due to a known bug in bazaar handling here at ohloh. Please inform me here or in an e-mail anytime to get the projects updated again.
