So I haven't been able to find any place where we expose the username and password on the website.
It seems that the warning message may not be needed.
I'm checking with the creator of that page to see what the reasoning is for the warning if we don't actually expose the information so far as I can tell.
I'll reply here once I have an answer.

So I talked with the original creator of that code. The warning was just meant to discourage the inclusion of private repositories.
We don't know of any pages on Ohloh where we show the username and password.
The warning is a bit too aggressive in it's wording.
I've opened an issue on this side to re-word this warning or remove it entirely.
