Rails enlistment download error
Hello,
The Ruby on Rails project enlistment has failed 8 months ago. I'm guessing nobody reported this issue. I originally discovered it while trying to add my self as a contributor to the project.

Possible alternative: http://github.com/rails/rails.git
Although the original url should also work.
