So it means the Code Analysis does not periodically update itself and users cannot do it themselves?

Code Analysis does periodically update. It's supposed to do it every day or so but Ohloh is currently running a bit behind and it's closer to every 3 days.

However there are a few bugs that cause enlistment updates to fail. Code Analysis does not update unless ALL enlistments succeed. Also, Ohloh currently only tries 4 times to fetch an enlistment before giving up.

After Ohloh gives up, an Ohloh admin needs to go and manually give it a kick to go again.

We're working on figuring out how we can automatically handle failures and do the right thing. We are also looking into changing how we re-try so that Ohloh doesn't give up so easily but also doesn't cause too much load by retrying too often.

Ohloh update completed about 10 hours ago. Analysis page is at Oct 17 2011 and last commit is at 2011-10-14.

Not sure what the problem might be. There are no pending or failed jobs.

Please open a new topic in the Technical Issue Help forum if the problem continues.

Updates are run approximately every 1-2 days. It depends on the load on the system. (More projects=less updates).
Also, large projects take more time to process.

These two project enlistments affecting my profile don't update:

Ohloh update completed about 1 month ago.

As you have seen, both projects appear to be back on track.

Re: ThemeKey, I rescheduled the hung enlistment which finished OK. A full update started within an hour which also finished OK. Analysis page is now at Nov 18 2011 and last commit is at 2011-11-11.

Re: ownCloud, my colleague was able to manually schedule the updates to continue and we expect that will hold true for the future.

Please be sure you let me know here if either project (or any other you are interested in) stops updating.

I just disabled the misc enlistment in plomino and the updates started immediately. Analysis page is at Nov 22 2011 and last commit is at 2011-09-22.

Hi,

Can you delete all the code analysis of openidm ? It does not update any more and we have a fresh new project under the same SVN url. I created a new project forgerock_openidm with the same svn url and it picked up the old analysis so now I have my old project openidm which I'd like to keep and update from the new repository and I have a second one I can not delete.

I removed all enlistments hope that the analysis will be discharged after few days so I can add back and start a new circle. Can you fix it.

Anders,

A re-fetch will effectively reset the history in the project to only that which exists now. That re-fetch is running now (629 commits).

ohloh has the memory of an elephant and won't forget but hopefully we can get things to the state you want.

I see the pending request to delete the ForgeRock project and I will recommend that it be deleted; I can't do it myself (just don't know how...)

The re-fetch finished OK. Analysis page is now at Dec 16 2011 and last commit is at 2011-12-16 (about 1 hour ago).

Remind me here if the project fails to properly update or if you have any additional problems.
