The Herrie project is licensed under a 2-clause BSD license (the same as FreeBSD uses). For some reason, the 'Code' page shows:
Ohloh searches the source code for individual license declarations. Ohloh didn't find any such declarations in this project's source code.

Took me a while but have a fix - that third clause is an easy way to differentiate between files owned by The Regents of California which use the BSD license and files with a BSD derived license, like yours.
Please let me know if the new results look correct.
