Hubroid failed to update

Failed to update 5 hours ago. I know I am suppose to wait 24 hours but I am posting this due to previous experiences.

Hi Eddie,

It looks like we were unable to pull, probably due to a rebase or other non-fast-forward change. I've started a clean clone of the repository, which should clear this up.

Thanks for the quick response. Is there any way the system can automatically do a fresh clone of repositories after a certain period of failing to pull?

No, we don't automatically do fresh clones, because they can be very expensive compared to incremental pulls. You'll have to ask for help in the forums when this happens.
