We have been developing under the main directory on Googlecode's SVN and the project page wouldnt let me set it to the root so I had to move files into the trunk for now. So is it possible to not use trunk but use root?
Hi alklam,
It is possible to use any Subversion directory you like. Ohloh will accept any subdirectory of the repository.
If you are having a problem with a particular repository, let me know and I'll investigate.
Sometimes we have problems with repositories on Google that have mystery spaces in the directories names, this might be one of those cases.

I was trying to enlist http://fbeventmanager.googlecode.com/svn
but it kept adding /trunk/ to the end thus I have moved everything in. It would still be cool if it can be changed to the root directory as it creates a bit of problem with my IDE's built in FTP manager
Yes, Ohloh tries very hard not to include the /tags and /branches directories. That's why we automatically use the /trunk directory if it exists. The /tags and /branches directories cause a lot of additional work for our system, and cause incorrect results in our reports.
If you want, I can manually change the URL so that it does not include /trunk on the end. However, if you ever create any tags or branches, there will be trouble. Let me know if you would like this change.
Thanks,
Robin
It would be great if you can, I don't believe our team will do anything with the branches or tags (We don't do anything complicated with SVN) Thanks!
