Editable experience for non-tracked projects

Thanks for adding this new feature, very useful! A few notes:

  • the opensource dependency feature is interesting but could be improved with some Ajax: I've added a few projects my previous work depended on but I got an error message because I used the wrong case. Maybe an autocompletion system (similar to what you use for tags) is a good idea.
  • it'd be great to be able to link to non open-source projects if they are web-based or described on a website, maybe you could add an extra Project URL field and use this URL to link from the project title (possibly styling it in a different way to suggest it's not an opensource project measured by Ohloh)?

Anyway, good job, I'm off to add a few more projects.
