Linking to downloads on an external server
Hi,
Is it possible for me to link a release to a download on an external server? I put all my release files on my project's website, and I'd like to have the files all stored there instead of being both on Ohloh and my server.
I'd appreciate whatever answer I can get!

Hi Troy,
Sorry, Ohloh does not currently support this. Our release system was built simply to support our download system, and there's no provision to link to external bits.
However, I believe there are plans to move in this direction, and we may start tracking all of the available releases of a project --wherever the bits are hosted.
