Search for author in commits
Hi,
I'm contributing on the free software proyect evince (GNOME). Though I don't have commit accout, I'm doing some patches and I'd like to know if ohloh.net will able to count them (it has to look for the author tag)

Hi Juanjo,
Ohloh uses the Git author name, so if your patches are pulled into GNOME, then Ohloh should find them.
It looks like Ohloh as not been able to update the GNOME report for a few months, however, because of problems connecting to various repositories (some of which appear to have been moved or retired). It will take a few days, but I will work on getting a new GNOME report on Ohloh, at which point your commits should appear.
