Yes, this project is not making much progress.

Checkouts from http://dev.lutece.paris.fr/svn/lutece/portal/trunk have been very, very slow for us, with several failures. I'm not sure whether it's the server itself, or just the long network distance between us.

We are still making slow progress, but at the current pace it could be several weeks before the report is ready. I'm still keeping an eye on it.
