This project was hung for the same reason. I've restarted it.
We had a long-standing bug in our Git importer which caused a lot of our updates to fail after a merge.
Thankfully, this bug is now finally fixed, but it's going to be a while before all of the afflicted projects are updated.
Let me know if you spot anymore such failures, and I'll bump them up the queue.

Same problem here. https://www.ohloh.net/p/reek/enlistments hasn't updated since Oct 31 2008.
