Kudos disappeared
Up until the other day, my project (ircplanet) showed several code contributors. One was my Ohloh account, which showed 0 commits and the other was my e-mail address. There was a third, brian.cline, which is my partial e-mail address but I have an alias associating it with with my full e-mail address. Thus, it did not appear as a separate contributor anymore. The contributor with my full e-mail address showed 7 kudos, so I wanted to correctly combine the accounts.
I updated my experience info on the project to reflect my full e-mail address as my commit name (it was the partial brian.cline, since Google Code didn't used to use the full e-mail address as the committer name; it was just out of date).
After the next report update, it seems my project correctly shows only one contributor (my Ohloh account), and it recognizes that commits under both committer names are now all mine. Perfect. However, the 7 kudos are not showing up anymore.
Is there something I missed that I should have done to get these to come over to my account?

The problem is that our system doesn't allow you to give kudos to yourself.
When you add a project to your stack, as you did with ircPlanet, our system gives some kudos to the contributor(s) of the project. However, you can't give kudos to yourself.
Before you configured the ircPlanet contributors to be properly associated with your Ohloh account, our system didn't know that you and the contributors were all the same person.
However, once our system figured out that you and the contributors are all the same person, our system no longer awards kudos.
If you want to earn some new kudos, you'll have to find someone else to add ircPlanet to their stack.

Thanks Robin. I must not understand automated kudos. I only recently customized my stack, and if memory serves those kudos were there before that time. Is it normal for a single contributor to have ended up with 7 kudos solely from the system? How exactly would this have been calculated?
