Hi! Some projects (OLPC, for example) have their work split in a ton of repositories. Right now I am hacking on at least half a dozen git repos, as part of my job.
How do I track that?
Hi Martin,
You can add multiple repositories to a single Ohloh project, and we'll combine them all into a single report. From the project enlistments page (/projects/x/enlistments) click Add a New Enlistment
as many times as you need.
Depending on our situation, it might be better to simply make separate Ohloh reports for the different repositories. It's more efficient for us that way. However, if the repositories don't make much sense in isolation, and they really do form a whole together, go ahead and add them all to one project.
Let me know if you truly have a lot of repositories (100+)... I can possibly wire up a script on our end to insert them, and save the manual clicking.
Robin
Thanks - testing it out with http://www.ohloh.net/projects/OLPC_XS - we'll see how it works...
