Intermediate COCOMO

I just read the Wikipedia article, and from that it seems it would be easy to add Intermediate COCOMO support. Add a new project settings page, where people can adjust various attributes from very low to very/extra high. The default setting would be nominal, meaning you would get the basic COCOMO estimate unless you change something.

Hi Per,

This sounds kind of interesting -- I don't think we ever thought of letting projects choose their COCOMO coefficients.

A long time ago, we had an idea to build an interactive page for COCOMO calculations -- basically let people fill in their own coefficients, salaries, etc.; perhaps let them exclude or include certain languages.

Another idea was to use Ohloh's calculation of the actual development time from the source control log instead of using the COCOMO estimate -- or let you fill in your own.
