facebook integration

Hello all,

I created a fairly simple ohloh facebook application that simply displays the users ohloh information. Today all it displays is the customized account_detailed.gif. However, before pursuing this further I am wanting to know if ohloh is okay with this concept, because it for example means the application uses the ohloh logo.

I am familiar with the Rock Your Hackers application but it's very different.

Thanks for building the app. I really look forward to seeing it when you ship, so let us know when you do.

And, yes, it is fine to use our logo. All we really want when you build an app using our content is attribution.

seriously though, there are interesting options to explore, WRT social networking, without needing to encumber ohloh itself with various friend features

I don't want to be rude or anything about this post, but Facebook is really crap. They even don't care to sell all their database to advertising/marketing companies, and they don't care about people know it. I vote for NOT USING Facebook.
