"I manage this project on Ohloh" doesn't work if optional text is added
I made a request here: https://www.openhub.net/p/Openfire/managers/new including some optional text. The page would just refresh and no data was sent (I have a recording if you need)
Then, I tried without adding optional text and it worked.
