Some repos don't update, and some should be merged

Hi,

Noticed that these two don't update all repos.
https://www.openhub.net/p/homebrew
https://www.openhub.net/p/fish-shell

But also Homebrew-cask should be merged into Homebrew, as they are now part of the same org.

I do still see som repoes that are in the queue. Will that sort itself out, or do you guys need to sprinkle som magic?
