Freemat negative LoC
There seems to be a problem with the FreeMat metrics. I checked the SVN given and it appears to work fine. In any case if the project can't be fetched, I don't think giving a negative number of lines of code is a good idea. In any case, ohloh's great....

Hmmm, that's very strange. Has the report always been this way, or is this a recent problem?
In any case, I've scheduled a fresh, new report for this project. If the problem persists I'll take a look under the covers.

Similar problem on the pygments detail page. The LOC decreased to 12 Lines :D Should be around 10K

Latest analysis for pygments looks good now. We fixed the underlying issue and pushed out a set of fixes this weekend.
