The Ohloh Hamster is deleting projects

When I check the history, I see that The Ohloh Hamster undid this on Mar 27
https://www.openhub.net/p/domoticz/edits
It seems to be targeting edits by Anonymous Coward
The other day, I saw another project which had been deleted and I just re-instated.
If this is a spam fighting thing, I suggest to check if project has any declared users.

Thanks for the feedback. Only users who have not made edits on the site should be included in the Spammer Cleanup, but we will nonetheless double check on the cleanup logic as well as look at project that have recently been deleted by the Hamster
