code collection/indexing for chan-sccp-b project

Github master branch is being updated (as far as i can tell), but the develop branch is not. Our master branch is related to releases, so does not get any updates for long periods of time. The develop branch is where all the changes happen.

Note: the ptt.git repository failed for some reason.
BTW: it would be nice to be able to see some logging for these processes. So that you can figure out why something failed for example.
