GitHub repository updated but not included in code analysis

The code analysis of DASH C++ does not include the main code repository.

Re-adding repositories did not help:

After the code analysis has finished some days ago, some repositories have been analyzed successfully.
The main repository is reported to be updated, but commits are not visible in code analysis:

git://github.com/dash-project/dash.git - branch: development
