I enlisted trunk, then removed it from the enlistments.

There was a recent major change in trunk(old trunk was removed and a -devel branch is moved to trunk)

Then I re-enlisted trunk, and I saw the download failure.

I hope this info will help you debug.

Are you still having trouble? It looks like this project has been updated and the report is complete.

Thanks. It is still reporting the result of the first time i enlist trunk. (1 month or 3 weeks ago)

It is now in the queue for a new update.
I suspect it will fail again, though.

Let's wait and see the result.
