Technical Issue Help : Encoding issue in contributor name

Hi, EDIT: Post updated after I could claim the contribution. I've just contributed to the codespell project: https://www.openhub.net/p/codespell/contributors/1572512081347777 But my name Vincent ... [More] Lefèvre does not appear correctly in SCM. It is written: Names in SCM: Vincent Lef��vre, with 2 replacement characters instead of è (e with a grave accent). See also https://www.openhub.net/p/codespell/commits/647008241 where one also gets as Vincent Lef��vre. OH Tools lists Fortran as one of the languages. Project SDSU_AskLib source code has dozens of Fortran source code files. Why does the project page say: No recognizable code?
