Project Summary
This API is intended to represent an open range of systems that do XML storage, from host based systems to network based systems. Objectives include the ready and effective implementation of a degenerate case implemented in the file system, crisp semantics for API syntax, broad utility for programming by reference (Resources and Collections by URI), and a broader conception of the implementor beyond host systems.
